REGISTRATION & NO-REFUND POLICY

All Mustangs At Daytona registrations, vehicle entries, track-event registrations, tickets, and other event-related purchases are FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-TRANSFERABLE, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly authorized in writing by Mustangs At Daytona Corporation.

Refunds will not be issued due to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, travel plans, vehicle availability or mechanical issues, failure to attend, or dissatisfaction with event details.

EVENT & VENUE CHANGES:

Mustangs At Daytona Corporation reserves the right to modify, relocate, reschedule, substitute, or otherwise alter portions of the event when reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, including decisions or restrictions imposed by venues, facilities, promoters, sanctioning bodies, governmental authorities, weather, or other third parties.

A change in venue, schedule, format, activities, or other event details does not, by itself, create an entitlement to a refund.

By registering or purchasing an event-related entry or ticket, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to this Registration & No-Refund Policy.
